Forage Sconce

A refined take on a tubular sconce, Forage is a 16” tall veneer piece. The double walled veneer is laser cut and wrapped around a PLA frame. These pieces are combined and then fixed together by a singular threaded 8-32 brass nipple and nut. While the sconce is simple in design, the frame and sizing of the tube was a process that took multiple iterations ultimately leading to a light that could be assembled in less than 5 minutes.
